1. Data Controller

Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), KardStudio, as the data controller, may process, record, store, classify, and update your personal data in accordance with the law and the principle of good faith for the purposes described below.

• Identity Information: First name, last name
• Contact Information: Email address, phone number
• Transaction Security: IP address, browser information, log records
• Marketing: Newsletter subscription data, cookie data

• Preparing and presenting service proposals

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK

• Object to any adverse outcome arising from exclusively automated processing
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
